Bilingual Support Specialist

Job Summary
We are looking for a Bilingual Support Specialist to join our team at ChildCareGroup. As a member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities- Client Support: Provide high levels of client service, problem resolution, and education to families regarding ChildCareGroup's services.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: One or more years in a customer service environment required.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish (or other languages as required).
