Lou Crawford - State Farm Agency is seeking a highly skilled and multilingual customer support specialist to join their team in Dallas, TX.
Salary & BenefitsThe base pay for this position is $45,000 per year, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. Additionally, you will receive paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days), health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as valuable experience and a chance to develop your skills.
Responsibilities- Provide product/services information and resolve emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within set time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating with customers via phone.
- Genuine enthusiasm for helping customers and providing exceptional service.
- Patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative, with excellent problem-solving skills.
This is an opportunity to work with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not directly with State Farm Insurance Companies. As an employee of a State Farm agent, you will be responsible for successfully completing any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
