Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to spearhead our Large Projects Remodel program. This role involves collaborating with major retailers to oversee store remodels and renovations nationwide. You will lead teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is office-based and requires full-time commitment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
2. Plan and execute remodel construction projects valued up to $3M.
3. Utilize estimation skills to bid on and secure projects.
4. Direct and oversee the work of superintendents and project staff.
5. Ensure adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.
6. Develop and manage project schedules.
7. Act as a liaison between business and technical project aspects.
8. Communicate project needs and timelines effectively to clients.
9. Define scope of work assignments.
10. Uphold health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
11. Maintain communication protocols within the project team.
12. Travel to project sites as necessary.

Requirements:
5 years of project management experience (Required)
