About the Role

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of our community's facilities are running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents
  • Work with building systems and related code requirements
  • Supervise and manage daily department operations
  • Recruit, coach, and perform performance management of staff
  • Facilitate small group presentations and trainings
  • Manage multiple priorities and demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Requirements
  • High proficiency in systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and code compliance
  • Experience in maintaining water source heat pumps, as applicable
  • Understanding of OSHA and life safety regulations
  • One year of supervisory and management experience
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and communicate effectively
