Job Overview

Brilliant Earth is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Showroom Coordinator to join our team in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our showroom team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, supporting daily operations, and upholding the highest standards of visual merchandising and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized and memorable experiences for Brilliant Earth customers, ensuring a welcoming and luxurious environment in our showroom.
  • Greet and welcome guests with enthusiasm, warmth, and professionalism, setting the tone for a positive and engaging experience.
  • Manage and maintain inventory, including receiving and sending product from our NJ headquarters and external vendors, while ensuring accurate reconciliation within our computer system.
  • Facilitate order fulfillment, including preparing and packaging customer materials, managing inventory, and maintaining an organized packaging area.
  • Ensure the security of goods and provide expertise on operational policy and procedure, upholding the highest standards of excellence.
  • Maintain a luxury environment in the showroom, adhering to visual merchandising and retail operations standards, including planogram maintenance and updates, seasonal roll-outs, decor, and signage maintenance.
  • Assist walk-in clients by matching them with an available sales representative or scheduling them for a return visit, ensuring seamless customer service.
  • Consistently seek ways to improve the customer experience, adding value to and supporting the sales team, and upholding the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Robust customer service skills and experience working in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment, preferred.
  • A dedicated desire to connect with customers, solve problems, and create lasting positive experiences with each customer interaction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • An ability to think critically and adapt quickly in a flexible environment.
