About the Role

BuDhaGirl is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Wholesale and Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team in Dallas, TX. This onsite role will work closely with the wholesale and fulfillment teams in a hybrid capacity.


Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Process Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) and wholesale orders, including printing, marking orders as fulfilled, and ensuring accurate and timely shipment.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations and the fulfillment team, utilizing various transportation management systems to input shipment data.
  • Handle general wholesale assistant duties such as invoicing, filing, and data entry into systems (Shopify, Excel, CRM).
  • Serve as a point of contact for wholesale accounts, handling telephone, online, and in-person interactions.
  • Respond to retail vendor partners and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Address any order issues, follow up on billing concerns, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide administrative support to the wholesale team and liaise with other departments, such as finance and customer service.
  • Assist in market preparation and showroom set-up, ensuring an appealing presentation.
  • Assemble sales packages for customers, including sample boxes, and facilitate new product launch



Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field or similar role.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is prefered.
  • Exceptional organizational, verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail
  • Experience and knowledge of inventory management
  • A customer-oriented, self-starter attitude with a passion for fashion
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, including Excel, Shopify, and CRM software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities

Compensation and Hours

  • $15-16.50 per Hour
  • Monday – Friday
