Atrium Health is seeking a skilled RN Clinical Nurse I/Ambulatory to provide high-quality patient care in our ambulatory and outpatient settings.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and analyze patient data to identify potential diagnoses and develop individualized care plans.
- Implement evidence-based practices to promote health and safety in the clinical setting.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Delegate tasks to healthcare workers and evaluate progress toward patient goals.
- Practice cultural diversity and inclusion principles in all aspects of care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
- Current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state where the RN works.
- BLS required per policy guidelines.
The RN Clinical Nurse I/Ambulatory must be able to lift and support the weight of 35 pounds, walk, stand, sit, and perform other physical demands of the job.
