About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated individual who can provide exceptional customer service, work well independently and as part of a team, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. As a Branch Associate, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers, offering advice and recommendations based on their needs, and maintaining a clean and organized retail store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized retail store environment
  • Track inventory and prepare orders for shipment
  • Assist with shipping and receiving
  • Prepare and oversee jobs for the next day

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
