Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Geotechnical Project Manager to join our team at AEC Talent Acquisition. This is a dynamic role that will involve working closely with a team of staff engineers and scientists on challenging projects in urban environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing potential clients and projects.
  • Manage and grow client relationships through regular communication and effective project delivery.
  • Prepare proposals and project budgets, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
Essential Qualifications
  • A minimum of ten years of relevant experience and a BS in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical Focus), or seven years of relevant experience and a MS in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical Focus).
  • Professional Engineering Licensure is required.
  • Strong attention to detail, understanding of geotechnical engineering, and experience with geotechnical field work and construction earthwork are essential.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, combined with the flexibility to work with shifting priorities, are crucial for success in this role.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
