About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee our construction projects across the United States. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for pre-construction planning, project execution, and closeout. Your expertise in lighting efficiency project design and construction will ensure that our clients receive high-quality results that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and develop solutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred
- Valid Driver's License and ability to travel 80% of the time
- Certified as OSHA-30 within 30 days of employment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
