Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Relationship Banker to join our team. As a Relationship Banker, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, high-touch, and high-tech relationship banking experience across all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, retain, and acquire long-lasting win-win relationships with our customers
  • Identify and understand customers' long-term financial needs and offer tailored product and services solutions
  • Leverage the bank's latest technology products to meet our customers' expanding needs
  • Achieve quarterly and annual team/branch sales goals
  • Source and develop loans, including but not limited to HELOC, Residential Loan, and Commercial Loan
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the bank's deposit, loan, and ancillary products and an understanding of the qualifications required
  • Assist customers with financial needs such as cash withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loan/credit card payments, wire transfers, and foreign currency exchange
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service, teller, sales experience, and MLO experience within the banking and/or financial service industry highly preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of branch operations
  • Consultative relationship sales role in a related industry, with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening customer relationships, and delivering results
  • Professional and thorough, with strong follow-up skills
  • Able to adapt to new processes and technologies quickly
  • Strong familiarity and fluency with branch technology, mobile, and online banking platforms
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and customer-service skills
Compensation

The base pay range for this position is USD $20.00/Hr. - USD $21.50/Hr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
