Job Description:
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable ad measurement systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data sources and ensure data accuracy
  • Implement AI/ML methodologies to measure the effectiveness of advertisements and their causal impact
  • Optimize and maintain ad measurement infrastructure for performance and reliability
  • Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, experience in ad measurement or related fields is a plus
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Scala, Python, Go, C++, JavaScript etc
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing solutions using large data sets
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
