Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Project Water/Wastewater Engineer to serve as project manager on small projects, prepare planning and design documents, and process design calculations. This role involves supervising, coordinating, and reviewing work of engineers or technicians, as well as developing new and improved techniques and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as project manager on small projects, overseeing their progress from start to finish.
- Prepare planning and design documents, ensuring they meet the required standards and regulations.
- Process design calculations, applying mathematical models and techniques to optimize project outcomes.
- Supervise, coordinate, and review the work of engineers or technicians, providing guidance and support when needed.
- Develop new and improved techniques and procedures, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 6 or more years of experience in wastewater engineering, preferably with a focus on project management.
- Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
- The capacity to contribute to and work well within a team environment.

The typical salary range for this position is $108,000 to $143,000+, commensurate with experience relative to the position.
