Airport Development Engineering Position

About the Job: As a Technical Engineer for Transportation Infrastructure, you will have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality or effectiveness, make sound decisions for the benefit of the project and the Company, and consistently meet project deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Perform engineering design using Autodesk Civil3D.
- Prepare construction documents under the direction of a Project Engineer or Project Manager.
- Coordinate CAD files and design with internal and external team members.
- Tabulate and address client review comments from deliverables.
- Utilize in-house methods of quality control to complete projects.
- Incorporate applicable technical knowledge for added value to projects.
- Strengthen technical knowledge through on-the-job, informal, and formal training.
- Ensure appropriate reference material is utilized at all times.
- Coordinate and organize project documentation.
- Participate in monthly meetings and weekly project meetings.
- Comply with Health & Safety Program, with a focus on safety in field activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited University.
- Engineer-In Training (EIT) registration in Colorado is preferred.
- Prior civil engineering experience is preferred.
- Prior experience working in Civil3D is preferred.
Compensation: Annual Base Salary Range: $68,000 - $75,000 DOE. The expected salary range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on the successful candidate's individual education, qualifications, and experience.
