Job Title: General Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our store team and drive business success. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations, managing team performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee store operations, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure team members meet performance expectations.
  • Manage store performance, including meeting sales targets, controlling expenses, and maintaining a positive store image.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including identifying new sales opportunities, building customer relationships, and promoting company products and services.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to achieve company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, financial, customer service, or related industries.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
