Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and review day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
  • Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to support budgetary decisions and financial planning.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA designation preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Transportation Management Software, accounting software, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
