About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Product Marketing Director to lead the go-to-market strategy for our log management solution. As a key member of our product marketing team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B product marketing, with experience driving product launches and developing compelling corporate messaging. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to build a healthy pipeline and increase revenue.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for our log management solution
  2. Create differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience
  3. Drive product launches and ensure successful market adoption
  4. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to build a healthy pipeline and increase revenue
  5. Translate complex technical topics into clear, easy-to-consume content for diverse audiences

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $170,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or sales engineering at a high-growth B2B software company
  • Proven track record of driving product launches and developing compelling corporate messaging
  • Strong technical depth and ability to learn quickly, balanced with sharp business sense
  • Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience gathering and analyzing customer insights

  • MBA or advanced technical education or certifications
  • Familiarity with observability and modern software development practices
  • Experience with Product-led Growth strategies and execution

Is passionate about product marketing and has a strong desire to drive growth and innovation in the log management space. Has a proven track record of success in product marketing and is able to think strategically and act tactically. Is a strong communicator and collaborator, with excellent interpersonal skills. Has a strong understanding of the challenges faced by developers, app owners, and SREs in building and maintaining software and their approaches to issue resolution.
