As a key member of the RWS Entertainment Group team, the Production Manager, Sea is responsible for overseeing the production and project management of onboard entertainment products for our cruise line clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the entertainment industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide holistic production and project management for mainstage vocal, dance, and multi-venue musical entertainment products
- Act as the main production contact for the onboard team
- Create and coordinate rehearsal schedules and wardrobe fitting schedules
- Manage all changeover budgets and handle in-studio and onboard product changeovers as assigned
- Attend and run onboard installs as needed, and document and update all 'show bibles'
- Provide talent communication and maintenance fleet-wide, and host talent welcome and travel meetings as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Theatrical Production, Musical Production, or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in the entertainment industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a management position
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and MS Office applications
- A flexible schedule allowing for approximately 35% international travel
