Job Summary:

As the VP of Product for TM1 Events & Experience, you will lead the development and optimization of B2B products for the largest live event marketplace in the world. You will be responsible for shaping the product vision and strategy for the company's TM1 platform, managing a team of product managers, and collaborating with industry vertical leaders and global regions to identify product needs and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead the product vision and strategy for the TM1 platform.
  • Manage and develop a team of product managers within a consistent, high-performing culture of product development.
  • Lead and define the development of the long-term product roadmap.
  • Work with product managers to prioritize, conceptualize, and program product development and enhancement.
  • Collaborate with industry vertical leaders and global regions to identify product needs and opportunities.
  • Prioritize and deliver business requirements across programs and initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive communications to convey product vision and how it aligns with enterprise strategy.
  • Support Ticketmaster's domain-driven design principles globally across various systems and marketplaces.
  • Drive standards and accountability and foster a community of data-informed decision-making.
