Regulatory Compliance Supervisor

About iNtegrity+: iNtegrity+ is looking for a committed Regulatory Compliance Supervisor to enhance our Finance division. In this pivotal role, you will ensure adherence to a range of regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding service to all stakeholders while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Motivate team members to meet their responsibilities in accordance with departmental expectations.
  • Develop and manage compliance protocols in partnership with relevant authorities.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure accurate transaction documentation.
  • Examine transactions for potential indicators of irregular activity.
  • Investigate and compile reports on any suspicious activities for further evaluation.
  • Oversee and confirm regulatory submissions.
  • Support BSA oversight and deliver necessary training sessions.
  • Execute additional assigned duties as required.

Essential Management Skills:

  • Effectively lead and oversee team members.
  • Serve as a departmental authority on compliance processes.
  • Offer coaching and performance assessments for team members.
  • Encourage communication and teamwork within the department.
  • Recruit, train, and manage personnel proficiently.
  • Assist in the formulation of policies and budget oversight.
  • Address employment terminations when necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 21 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in BSA or OFAC.
  • At least 2 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Additional experience or education may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
  • Over 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with Slot Accounting systems is advantageous.

Additional certifications or degrees will be viewed favorably.
