Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.
- Manage the pharmacy budget and inventory to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with the nursing and delivery departments to ensure seamless patient care and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with managed care organizations and other stakeholders to ensure optimal patient care and services.
- Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
- Current, active Pharmacy license as granted by the State Board of Pharmacy.
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience in a clean room or infusion pharmacy setting.
- Experience in managing people, including hiring, developing, and directing staff.
- Experience in planning, developing, and managing departmental expense and capital budgets.
- Post-graduate residency program in clinical pharmacy services.
- Board certification in Nutrition Support Pharmacy, Pharmacotherapy, or other clinical pharmacy practice area.
- Experience managing inventory and logistics.
