Global Customer Success Manager

At BetterUp, we're on a mission to transform the way people work and live. As a Global Customer Success Manager, you'll play a critical role in helping our Global 500 accounts achieve their goals and maximize the value of our Human Transformation Platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our Global 500 accounts, understanding their business strategies and operations.
  • Lead the end-to-end customer journey, from design to value and outcome storytelling.
  • Reinforce BetterUp's vision of transformation as a trusted advisor, aligning our narrative with the customer's people strategy.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive customer growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of our platform and services.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the HCM SaaS space and talent disciplines.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
