Arcetyp LLC, a leading government consulting services firm, is seeking an experienced Army Civilian Readiness and Talent Management (CRTM) Communications/Graphics Design Specialist to lead business development activities. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communications plans, advising on talent management initiatives, and providing graphics design services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communications Planning: Develop and execute strategic communications plans to ensure consistent messaging across all stakeholders.
  • Talent Management Advice: Provide advisory services in the management of the civilian readiness and talent management program, including development of supporting narratives and briefings.
  • Graphics Design: Provide graphics design services to support engagement of key stakeholder populations and targeted change in implementing Civilian readiness and talent management and other Army initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of experience in graphic design and communications advice to government project managers.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Army Staff operations, including talent management life cycle areas.
  • Secret Clearance.

Location: Remote

Compensation: Pay and benefits information will be provided to interested candidates. Arcetyp offers a package of compensation and benefits to full-time salaried employees. Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
