Your Potential Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition & Development Coordinator to provide full-cycle recruiting and coordinate all Career Development initiatives, ensuring the best talent joins our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to understand staffing needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, career/job fairs, and team member referrals.
  • Perform initial screening to assess candidate qualifications and manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, gathering feedback from interviewers, and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct reference checks, background screenings, and pre-employment assessments, and extend job offers with negotiated terms of employment.
  • Develop and administer orientation and onboarding programs for new hires, arranging internal sponsors and mentors, and providing regular follow-up to ensure expectations are met.

Career Development Initiatives

Coordinate all Career Development initiatives, including meetings, goal setting, and follow-up dates, to support the growth and development of our team members.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience in a recruiter role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Understanding of social media recruiting and experience resourcing passive job seekers.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

This estimate is based on national averages and may vary depending on location and other factors.
