Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee the Partner-to-Pay Digital and Analytics strategy for Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, in collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define the digital and analytics roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and implement best-in-class digital tools and methodologies to drive process improvement and efficiency.
  • Develop business case scenarios to support recommendations and prioritize initiatives, ensuring a strong return on investment.
  • Partner with counterparts to influence training and drive adoption of new technologies, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum 12-15 years of business experience, with a minimum of 10-12 years of multi-disciplined procurement experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical procurement experience, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
  • Proven track record of leading and participating on cross-functional and global teams, with experience in managing senior professionals and establishing performance expectations.
  • Strong internal stakeholder management, data/information management, category management, process redesign, and continuous improvement expertise.
  • Project management and performance measurement skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • M.S./M.B.A. degree, with a focus on business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications, such as CPM or CPIM, demonstrating expertise in procurement and supply chain management.
  • Membership in professional associations, such as ISM, showcasing a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
