We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Appraiser to join our team at Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge Inc, a proud member of the VIP Automotive Group of Long Island. As a Vehicle Appraiser, you will play a crucial role in our sales and service process, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional value and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Appraise vehicles that come into the store, utilizing your expertise to determine their value.
  • Communicate effectively with incoming customers, providing them with accurate information and exceptional service.
  • Manage and maintain all Auto trader leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
  • Update our CRM tool with current prospects, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Offer test drives to all prospects, providing them with a personalized experience.
  • Utilize our dealership follow-up system to ensure timely and effective communication with customers.
  • Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction, consistently delivering exceptional results.
  • Maintain a prospect development system, identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
  • Review and analyze actions to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, representing our dealership with pride.
Requirements:
  • Manufacturer Training and product knowledge.
  • Computer savvy with a light touch on Microsoft Office.
  • Social Media enthusiast who can handle uploads with ease.

Compensation: $50,000 - $90,000 per year, inclusive of commission and bonuses.
