The Software Engineering Program Office is seeking a Privacy Engineering Program Leader to collaborate with the User Privacy Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality user experiences to millions of customers, all designed with privacy as a priority.

Role Responsibilities

As a Program Leader, you will be tasked with developing workflows, managing and communicating project outlines, engineering milestones, timelines, and project progress for both new and ongoing initiatives. You will act as a catalyst for the teams you support, bringing clarity by formulating plans, driving execution, establishing goals and expectations, and eliminating obstacles. This position offers the chance to influence and cultivate relationships with team members across various functions and levels within the organization, including engineering, legal, marketing, design, and leadership. You will ensure that all products, services, and initiatives are crafted with privacy in mind by tracking, accounting for, and delivering the privacy team's contributions punctually.

Compensation & Benefits
  • At Apple, base salary is one component of our comprehensive compensation package and is determined within a specified range. This allows for growth as you advance in your role. The base salary range for this position is between $129,600 and $236,300, and your salary will be influenced by your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Additionally, you will receive benefits such as comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a variety of discounted products and free services, and reimbursement for certain educational expenses related to career advancement at Apple.
