Job Title: Privacy Program Manager

At Roblox, we're building a platform that empowers our community to bring any experience to life. We're looking for an experienced Privacy Program Manager to join our Legal team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and operationalize privacy controls to ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements, including GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, and other privacy laws.
  • Manage complex privacy projects with tight timelines and work with internal stakeholders to establish roadmaps and communicate timelines and deliverables.
  • Support privacy product feature launch review process in close collaboration with product managers and the Trust by Design team.
  • Track and oversee key projects, including the implementation of requirements from new state and international privacy regulations.
  • Support privacy legal team for all audits (internal and third party), PIA/TIA/DPIA, DSAR response programs, and more.
  • Assess vendor data privacy compliance in collaboration with the InfoSec team.
  • Identify risks and dependencies associated with execution and deadlines.
  • Optimize internal tools and processes to increase team efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in a role related to cross-functional project management.
  • A strong understanding of business and technical requirements and obligations for privacy compliance and data protection.
  • A track record of working with cross-functional teams and partners.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortability tackling complex matters involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects and workstreams.
  • The ability to communicate complex concepts clearly in plain language.
