Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance Our Lending Operations:
    • Utilize data-driven insights to assess the performance of the entire lending process, ensuring objectives are met by identifying bottlenecks and necessary adjustments.
    • Identify opportunities for further optimization and enhancement of lending operations in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Oversee Lending Workflows in Salesforce:
    • As the lending process leader, you will manage and oversee the complete lending workflows in Salesforce, leveraging dashboards and reports for data-driven insights.
    • Define requirements to enhance lending workflows in Salesforce, collaborating with key business users and the technology department to address business needs.
    • As a "Super User," you will have the authority to make specific process configurations in Salesforce to reflect changes in lending operations.
  • Implement Innovative Solutions:
    • Drive the implementation of innovative solutions and process changes across various regions and functions.
    • Act as a change agent, effectively managing and implementing improvements among employees.
  • Collaborate and Inspire:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to co-create solutions that enhance our lending operations.
    • Collaborate with domain experts to implement changes within their specific areas.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, inspiring colleagues with innovative possibilities.

Reporting Structure:

  • You will report directly to the Head of Strategic Projects, who oversees all strategic initiatives.
  • Additionally, you will receive mentorship from a senior transformation manager, providing guidance on process design and stakeholder management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience:
    • 5-7 years of overall professional experience.
    • 3-5 years in Financial Services, particularly in Commercial Banking.
    • Familiarity with lending products and processes, including underwriting.
    • Experience in strategic or innovation-focused projects.
    • Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and engage multiple stakeholders.
    • Experience in implementing new solutions and managing change.
    • Proficiency in Salesforce and other workflow management tools.
  • Skills:
    • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
