Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineering Lead to join our team at Integer Holdings Corporation. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and expertise in the design and implementation of complex automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership for the design and development of automation systems, including complex tooling and fixturing.
  • Manage internal and external vendors, including quotes, contracts, and invoicing.
  • Provide technical support to R&D development teams for automation and tooling designs.
  • Identify new technologies to support improvements in automation and tooling development.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior engineers.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets for larger complex equipment builds and installations.
  • Ensure adherence to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, BS Engineering Degree, or Equivalent Experience.
  • Minimum 15 years related experience.
  • Team player with ability to work and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work without supervision, giving periodic updates.
  • Working knowledge of ISO and applicable customer and regulatory standards.
