At Integer, we're seeking a highly skilled Automation Principal to join our team. This role will lead the design of complex automation to support R&D development programs and new innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership for design of complex automation to support R&D development programs and new innovations.
  • Manage internal and external vendors including quotes, contracts, invoicing, etc.
  • Provide technical support to R&D development teams for automation and tooling designs for early-stage product development.
  • Identify new technologies to support improvements in automation and tooling development.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior engineers.
  • Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma, BS Engineering Degree or Equivalent Experience.
  • Minimum Experience: 15 years related experience.
  • Team player, with ability to work, and lead, a cross-functional team, local, or multi-site, project team.
  • Ability to work without requiring supervision, giving periodic updates, at facility level, and at corporation level.
