Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling our unique flight experience, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sell our indoor skydiving experience to potential customers, highlighting the unique benefits and features of our product.
  • Process new reservations, re-schedule existing reservations, and answer phone calls in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Upsell and cross-sell our products and services to customers, recommending upgrades and packages that meet their needs.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
  • Perform additional duties as required, including stocking merchandise, cleaning and maintaining the facility, operating and controlling the wind tunnel, and inventory control.

Requirements

  • Customer service driven with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience in retail sales or hospitality, with a strong understanding of point-of-sale technology.
  • Confident phone interaction and communication skills.
  • Ability to resolve conflict, multi-task, and analyze customer needs.
  • Friendly, upbeat, and compassionate attitude, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Basic computer skills and a high school diploma or equivalent.
