Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Private Duty Nurse to join our team at Strive Health Services, LLC. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to patients of all ages and medical needs in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and make recommendations for care and services.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • Current RN or LVN licensure in the state of Texas or a qualifying Compact state.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in pediatric or home health nursing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
