Job Overview

Connsci is in search of a Clinical Workflow Analyst to assist a prominent government client. This role involves analyzing and optimizing various business processes, workflows, and clinical systems, primarily utilizing Visio. The selected candidate will engage in ongoing process enhancement initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing workflow diagrams and process maps through Visio
  • Gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
  • Collaborating with developers to establish, maintain, and refine team-level workflows
  • Enhancing and streamlining business processes, assessing performance, and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements
  • Examining existing manual business processes and converting them into automated workflows

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in workflow analysis or process enhancement
  • At least 2 years of proficiency with Visio
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Possession of an active Secret clearance as per Federal requirements
  • Active Security+ certification

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Over 3 years of experience in documenting workflows
  • More than 2 years of experience in a clinical environment or with healthcare systems
  • Lean Six Sigma certification
