  • Documenting user requests and solutions in detail for all support interactions.
  • Employing effective problem-solving techniques to resolve issues.
  • Maintaining and updating information systems and related programs.
  • Configuring and troubleshooting LAN/WAN networks.
  • Familiarity with Office 365 and its suite of products.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Experience with PC imaging processes.
  • ITIL certification is preferred.
