Job Overview:

About the Role: This position is focused on delivering exceptional assistance to clients, addressing any product or service challenges, attracting new potential clients, engaging current clients, and maintaining precise customer records throughout the ordering process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients using comprehensive knowledge of products and the organization to manage incoming inquiries, process client orders, and route orders to the appropriate service area.
  • Document all client interactions in customer service databases.
  • Accurately update client information in the system.
  • Identify client needs, investigate issues, and provide effective solutions to client questions and concerns.
  • Address product or service challenges by adhering to established procedures, diagnosing complaints, guiding clients through solutions, and ensuring resolution.
  • Exhibit thorough knowledge of all products and services, directing requests to the relevant specialists.
  • Spot new client opportunities and engage existing clients by suggesting additional products and services.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience is required.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume customer service environment is preferred.
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays if necessary.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and multitask is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and enhancing revenue.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare sector is a plus.

  • Strategic Perspective: Comprehends company vision and applies strategies to meet sales objectives.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Suite, Customer Relationship Management Software, and order management systems.
