Position Overview:

The Universal Banker serves a vital function by combining the roles of Teller, Personal Banker, and Customer Service Representative. Our Universal Bankers are instrumental in delivering retail banking products and services to our clientele. In addition to handling customer transactions and inquiries, the Universal Banker will actively seek to cultivate new business opportunities with both existing and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive banking services with a primary emphasis on sales and customer service to both new and existing clients within the branch, including cash transactions, account management, and product information.
  • Focus on understanding and fulfilling customer needs to enhance their experience during phone interactions and branch visits.
  • Achieve and surpass sales and referral objectives while meeting individual and branch performance targets.
  • Inform customers about promotions, contests, and new account offerings.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A combination of education and experience may be considered to meet qualifications.
Compensation is based on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location.
