KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome guests and facilitate their check-in process, providing room keys and guiding them to their accommodations.
  • Address guest inquiries in person or via telephone.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by meeting their needs, assisting with reservations for dining, entertainment, and transportation as required.
  • Handle guest issues and complaints effectively.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as answering calls, taking messages, managing reservations, and handling documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with one to three months of relevant experience or training.
  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality sector is advantageous.
