**Job Title:** Administrative Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Pop-Up Talent. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our insurance services.

**About the Role:**

  • Salary: $24-$26 per hour
  • Location: Blue Island, IL

As an Administrative Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing new claims, scheduling, file organization, and providing excellent customer service. You will also contribute to a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome visitors, directing them appropriately
  2. Answer phone calls, forward, and screen calls in a professional manner
  3. Accept new claims/assignments and set up new jobs
  4. Dispatch and schedule tasks
  5. Manage files and maintain accurate records
  6. Update TPA websites and XactAnalysis platforms
  7. Maintain employee access to TPA platforms
  8. Ensure familiarity with TPA guidelines, SLAs, and active programs
  9. Maintain and improve TPA scorecards and resolve issues
  10. Receive, sort, and distribute mail daily, processing outgoing mail as needed
  11. Maintain office supplies and equipment
  12. Maintain on-call schedules

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • 1-2 years' experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or receptionist preferred

Work Schedule:

  • First Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
  • On-call rotation with PTO time provided each quarter
