**Responsibilities:**
* Conduct independent research under the mentorship of senior investigators
* Design and execute experiments to investigate mechanisms of immune resistance in cancer cells
* Develop novel immunotherapies for enhanced anti-tumor activity
* Perform in vitro and in vivo studies to evaluate the efficacy and safety of experimental immunotherapies
* Analyze and interpret experimental data using statistical methods
**Qualifications:**
* Ph.D. in Immunology, Cell Biology, Cancer Biology, or a related field
* Strong background in cancer biology and immunology
* Expertise in cellular immunotherapy techniques
* Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques, flow cytometry, and animal models of cancer
* Track record of productivity demonstrated by first-author publications in peer-reviewed journals
