Job Summary

Signature Flight Support Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Night Shift Client Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer needs.
  • Operate a multi-line telephone, use company-approved greetings, and communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Assist pilots with access to airport and weather information, portals, and computers, and provide visitors with concierge services, including arranging reservations and ground transportation.
  • Replenish complementary beverages and supplies, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and enforce good cleanliness practices.
  • Recommend improvements to our standards, procedures, and facilities to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Understand, comply with, and enforce all security protocols, including physical, cyber, and data security.
  • Accurately record time worked and activities performed, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Three to six months of experience in aviation, FBO, hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift light to moderately heavy items from the floor and into an aircraft and vice versa.
  • Ability to pass background checks, drug tests, receive and maintain an airport security badge, and be insurable by our company's applicable insurance policies.
Working Conditions

The tasks performed in this role may be near stationary and moving aircraft, including spinning propellers and engines. Regular and reliable in-person attendance for shifts is required.
