Orkin, a global residential and business service provider, is seeking a Pest Control Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and be able to work independently in the field, managing route-based assignments and interacting with customers.

This role offers competitive earnings of $20/hour, plus a company vehicle with gas card upon route assignment. After training, there is a wage increase. Benefits include a comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, maternity, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match and employee stock purchase plan.

The successful candidate will have no experience required, as Orkin provides award-winning training. They will be responsible for driving a company vehicle, following a route schedule within assigned territory, and communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services.
