Responsibilities
As a pest control technician, you will:
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within assigned territories
• Complete award-winning company-paid training to learn the skills required to operate a pest control service route
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that meet customer needs
• Serve as a problem solver for customers to decide on the most efficient and best overall pest solution for each customer's needs
• Complete all required service-related documentation and leverage a hand-held device provided for speed and accuracy
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and a good driving record. You must also pass a drug screen and background check. Additionally, you will need to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company-paid).
