*This is a full-time, in-office position.
The primary objective of the Talent Acquisition Specialist is to cultivate and nurture relationships with traveling healthcare professionals, ensuring their continued engagement through temporary staffing solutions while delivering exceptional service and facilitating high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Exemplify Medical Solutions' core values in all interactions.
Design tailored compensation packages for healthcare professionals that yield profitable outcomes through consultative selling.
Achieve or surpass monthly TAP Goals (Total Assignment Profit).
Maintain and organize traveler information in our CRM system, utilizing technology effectively.
Influence healthcare professionals positively by fostering relationships based on best practices and their evolving needs.
Promote job opportunities, clients, and locations to successfully close deals.
Collaborate daily with Client Managers to identify and present qualified Healthcare Professionals for available positions.
Assist Operations staff in managing pre-employment documentation for placed travelers.
Conduct ongoing follow-ups with current travelers throughout their assignments.
Work alongside Operations team members and Client Managers to address any issues faced by Travelers.
Develop a robust network of traveling Health Professionals through referrals, lead sources, and outreach.
Make up to 100+ outbound calls daily.
Be available during evenings and weekends to engage leads and provide exceptional service to Candidates and current Travelers.
It requires independent judgment, problem-solving skills, timely follow-up, outstanding customer service, and strong sales capabilities.
Success in this position is supported by a strong work ethic, personal motivation, and the ability to navigate challenges.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Demonstrated experience in Recruiting, Sales, or Operational Management.
Sales-oriented internships may be considered in lieu of direct sales experience.
Competitive experience is required in lieu of sales experience.
Exceptional relationship-building skills.
Drive to achieve and meet objectives.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and adapt priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office applications and internet navigation.
Willingness to learn and grow with an open mindset.
Proven track record of success and longevity in previous roles.
Persistent attitude is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Experience in the Staffing Industry.
Familiarity with medical terminology.
Experience in customer service, call centers, sales, or cold calling.
