Job Summary

This role involves performing traffic control duties, concrete preparation, and guardrail installation tasks under close supervision. The position requires working outdoors at construction sites, maintenance facilities, and other environments with exposure to inclement weather.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate mini excavators, skid steers, and front-end loaders, as well as have knowledge of heavy equipment operation.
  • Apply techniques for traffic control and adhere to OSHA safety rules and regulations.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment by following standard operating and safety procedures.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes health and dental insurance, 401K program, profit sharing, paid holidays, and paid leave.
