Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team. As a Bookkeeping Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the general ledger, providing daily reports, and efficiently processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the accuracy of the general ledger and provide daily reports
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Compile statements and process documents needed to finance projects
  • Prepare accurate job costing and gross margin reports
  • Collate and enter vendor expenses
  • Manage human resource duties such as processing timesheets and managing payroll
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Experience with QuickBooks (Desktop version) and Excel
  • Ability to perform advanced accounting tasks using QuickBooks Desktop
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience with Paychex Flex is a plus
