Job Overview

As a successful State Farm Agent, we are seeking a qualified professional to join our winning team as an Assistant Office Manager. This role is ideal for an energetic and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.

Requirements
  • People-oriented and detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills
  • Bilingual - Spanish, Mandarin, or Korean preferred
