As the Office Manager for a dedicated State Farm Agent, you play a crucial role in facilitating the agency's success. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage incoming calls and assist clients visiting the office.

- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service, addressing inquiries about insurance options, policy modifications, claims, and billing.
- Utilize a customer-centered approach to educate clients on available insurance products.
- Maintain a well-organized office environment, ensuring it meets customer needs and effectively markets relevant services.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service is essential.
- Sales experience is advantageous.

- Able to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
- Familiarity with Windows applications.
