  • Engaging with clients via telephone to initiate and arrange service and maintenance work orders.
  • Responding to customer questions regarding billing or services provided, directing complaints about service issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
    • Conducting regular outreach to clients to promote services or new offerings.
    • Documenting details such as client name, address, and issues to be resolved.
    • Generating work orders, organizing service appointments, and coordinating service teams.
    • Transmitting work orders and communicating messages and specific instructions to field crews and other divisions.
Requirements

Language Proficiency
Ability to read and understand straightforward instructions, brief correspondence, and memos in English. Capability to write simple correspondence in English. Proficient in presenting information effectively in individual and small group settings to clients, colleagues, and customers in English.

Core Competencies

Demonstrate a strong understanding of industry practices and adhere to safety and security protocols.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent educational attainment (GED); or one to two years of relevant experience and/or training preferred; or a suitable combination of education and experience.

Mathematical Proficiency
Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations, including addition and subtraction of two-digit numbers, as well as multiplication and division with 10's and 100's. Capable of executing these calculations using units of American currency and measurements of weight, volume, and distance.

Analytical Skills
Ability to apply common sense to follow detailed but uncomplicated written or verbal instructions. Capable of addressing issues involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Technical Skills
Regular use of Microsoft Office suite (Windows, Word, Outlook, and Excel), as well as Google and Explorer internet browsers for web-based software applications.

Compensation

Salary: $20 per hour
