Ideal Candidate Profile
We are in search of a dynamic and passionate Clinical Manager to lead our operations. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall performance and operations of a clinic with a team of 12-16 therapists.

- Facilitate training and ongoing professional development for staff.
- Manage fiscal responsibilities and marketing initiatives to promote clinical services.
- Maintain a manageable caseload while leading clinic operations.
Qualifications
The ideal Clinical Manager will possess a master’s degree in behavioral health sciences or a related field from an accredited institution and hold a valid mental health professional license in the relevant state for a minimum of two years.

- Experience in supervisory roles or program development.
- In-depth knowledge of state regulations governing mental health practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and Electronic Health Record systems.

Responsibilities Include:
- Providing training and administrative oversight to ensure clinic health and efficiency.
- Managing therapist performance, including onboarding, supervision, and performance evaluations.
- Addressing concerns raised by clients and staff promptly.
- Implementing policies and procedures to enhance clinic operations.
- Collaborating with outreach and marketing teams to boost clinic visibility.
The Clinical Manager will play a pivotal role in the success of the clinic and will receive a competitive salary along with a share of collections from their caseload.
